All skill claims must be based on actual work you have performed and should be verifiable by your co-authors or colleagues.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Benchpro, including your professional information and skill claims.

By submitting content, you grant Benchpro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our platform.

Benchpro respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. Do not submit content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and will never sell your data to third parties.

You have control over the visibility of your profile and can adjust privacy settings at any time.

Benchpro provides the platform "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benchpro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
